Recipe Preparation

  1. Start by gathering your ingredients. You’ll need a combination of mixed berries, a medium-sized beet, maple syrup or agave syrup, Nia Pure Nature organic beetroot powder, coconut milk, and popsicle molds or small paper cups.

  2. In a blender, add the mixed berries, chopped beet, maple syrup or agave syrup, Nia Pure Nature organic beetroot powder, and coconut milk. Blend the mixture until it becomes smooth and well combined.

  3. Once blended, pour the mixture into popsicle molds or small paper cups. Leave a small space at the top of each mold to allow for expansion as the popsicles freeze.

  4. Insert popsicle sticks into each mold, ensuring they stand upright in the center. If using paper cups, cover them with aluminum foil and insert the sticks through the foil.

  5. Place the popsicle molds or cups in the freezer and let them freeze for a minimum of 4-6 hours, or until fully set. For the best results, leave them overnight to ensure they are completely frozen.

  6. Once the popsicles are frozen, remove them from the molds or peel off the paper cups. If needed, run the molds or cups briefly under warm water to help release the popsicles easily.
