Why Men Need To “Man Up” To Their Health
Did you know that men in Canada have a shorter life expectancy than women? On average, Canadian men have a life expectancy of 79.9 years, whereas women’s life expectancy is 83.5 years. This gap between genders is largely attributed to poor health decisions and behaviors that leave men more vulnerable to leading causes of death like heart disease and mental health issues. However, it’s not too late for men to take charge of their health and close the gender gap.
