Ingredients
6-8 Servings
- 1 can of coconut milk
- 2 medium size avocados
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon of Nia Moringa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Toppings
- 1/2 cup of dark chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/4 cup chopped almond
- 1/4 of frozen raspberries
Recipe Preparation
Blend everything in a food processor until smooth. Pour into the pop molds, freeze for 4 hours or overnight.
Combine the chocolate chips and coconut oil into a metal bowl and place the bowl over a pan of hot water. Warm the chocolate mixture gently over the hot water, stirring frequently, until it has mostly melted
Drizzle over the top and sprinkle with crushed almond and raspberries while still wet. Pop back in the freezer for 2 minutes and enjoy!
