Ingredients
Serves 2-3
- 4 ripe bananas, peeled and sliced and frozen
- 1 & 1/2 cup Thai coconut cream
- 2 teaspoons of Nia Golden Turmeric Latte
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
Toppings (optional):
- 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon ground
- 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
Recipe Preparation
Place the frozen banana slices into a heavy-duty food processor or an ice cream maker.
Add the coconut cream, the Nia Golden Turmeric Latte, and the vanilla extract.
Process until the ice cream is smooth and its texture is soft.
Serve it immediately with your choice of toppings. Or you can freeze it for 2 hours for a firmer texture.
