Mango/Coconut Smoothie with Moringa
Healthy fats such as avocado, sesame seeds paste (tahini) and coconut oil bring smoothness to the smoothies and make us feel fuller, more energized and benefit us with extra nutrients.
Ingredients
Serves: 1-2
- 1 banana
- ½ cup coconut (grated)
- ½ cup mango (peeled and cut up into chunks)
- ½ teaspoon of Nia Pure organic Moringa powder
- 1 tablespoon of tahini paste
- 1 cup and ½ of pure water

BLEND all ingredients with a food processor and enjoy your smoothie!
