Moringa Pesto
Ingredients
Serves: 2-3
- 3 cups packed fresh basil leaves
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup pine nuts (can sub chopped walnuts)
- 3/4 cup grated cheese of your choice
- ½ teaspoon of Nia Pure organic Moringa powder
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional)
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Recipe Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a bowl of a food processor and blend to smooth paste. Add parsley if desired.
Toss with pasta for a quick sauce, dollop over baked potatoes, or spread onto crackers or toasted slices of bread
