Moringa Breakfast Smoothie
Kick start your day with this deliciously creamy moringa smoothie which is packed with antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, and healthy fatty acids!
Ingredients
Serves: 2
SMOOTHIE
- 2 medium frozen ripe bananas (~120 g each)
- 1 teaspoon Nia Pure organic moringa powder
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- 1/2 lime juice
- 1 cup of water or coconut milk
- few fresh mint leaves
- 1 cup of organic spinach (optional)
- 1 teaspoon of maple syrup (optional)
TOPPINGS
- Fresh berries (here raspberries and blueberries)
- few raw almonds and/or raw pumpkin seeds
- organic granola mix
- 1 kiwi pilled and sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon of chia seeds
Recipe Preparation
Put all the smoothie ingredients together in a blender and blend on full speed until creamy and smooth.
Divide the thick smoothie into 2 equal portions in bowls and add the toppings.
