Ingredients
Servings: 4
- 2 tbsp Nia Pure Organic Beetroot powder
- 1/4 cup cooked chickpeas
- 1/2 cup large lemon (juiced)
- Salt to taste
- Pinch black pepper
- 3 minced garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp tahini paste
- ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
- ¼ to ½ cup warm water
Recipe Preparation
- Blend all ingredients to a smooth paste with a food processor.
- Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
